Your GameSwap profile is tied to your email and membership code. If you use your code on a new game while you are already renting three games, we will wait until games are received back before sending the new game. You can cancel any game subscriptions via your Account. Don’t share your membership code. If someone else uses your code under a different email address, their order will not be processed.

We know accidents happen. That’s why if you damage anything (though of course you won’t), you can be assured that half the repair costs are on us. You are responsible for the full retail price on lost items because, well, we need to replace it! 

Crisp gives you the freedom of renting. Access the latest and highest quality gear, and use it as if you own it. Reserving items via Crisp means don’t have to pay full prices upfront or invest a lot of money in things that quickly go out of date. With Crisp you have the choice. Rent as long as you want, pay as you use it, and buy any time. So you can experience more, waste less, and get the amazing things you want today.

You can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) – and of course change the way you pay at any time.

All our products are “as good as new.” This means it’s in great condition, but may show very minor signs of usage, such as tiny scratches. Returned products are always cleaned, disinfected, and reset to factory settings before they’re sent out again, and visibly used products are removed from our inventory. This shouldn’t happen, but if any product shows clear signs of usage, please contact customer services at [email protected]
